Overview of the Position: The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas is current looking for a Relief Courtroom Deputy/Financial Clerk for the San Antonio Division. The Relief Courtroom Deputy will assist Federal Judges as a courtroom deputy when a Judge’s regularly assigned courtroom deputy is unavailable. The incumbent manages the court docket, performs full courtroom duties, prepares orders and judgements, and processes all court-related documents. In addition, the incumbent will perform financial clerk duties and will be responsible for the accounting and financial functions of the divisional office.
