Bankruptcy Filings Statistics

The bankruptcy filings statistics includes quarterly filings data tables.

Bankruptcy filings are reported quarterly for each 12-month period ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. The following tables are available:

Business and non-business bankruptcy filings (Table F-2, 12-month);
Bankruptcy data for the 12-month periods (Table F);
Fourth quarter filings, (Table F-2, 3-month); and filings by month (Table F-2, October, November, and December)
Bankruptcy filings by county (Report F-5A)

These data tables are also available in a data visualization dashboard, updated for each 12-month period ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, dating back to data from 2007.
