Position Description

The Middle District of Florida seeks a mission-driven professional to serve as a full-time Court Services Manager. The ideal candidate possesses substantial federal court experience, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and a strong work ethic. This meaningful career opportunity is located in either the Orlando or Tampa division. 

Qualification

Candidates must possess at least six years of previous work experience including professional, administrative, technical, supervisory, or management experience that provided an opportunity to gain skill in developing interpersonal work relationships required to lead employees, the ability to exercise mature judgment, and knowledge of concepts of management, and the ability to understand the managerial policies applicable to the U.S. District Court. Must possess demonstrated outstanding leadership, organizational, project management, and human relations skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. 

A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree is desired. Federal District Court experience is highly desired.
