| Overview of the Position: | U.S. District Judge Dale A. Drozd is seeking applicants for a career law clerk position in his Sacramento chambers. The career designation of the position indicates an open term of appointment and will qualify the incumbent to participate in the court’s retirement programs. The incumbent will conduct extensive research and writing on a wide range of issues that arise in federal litigation. The incumbent will also assist Judge Drozd during trials and with managing his chambers staff and caseload. Work will be performed in our Sacramento courthouse on a regular and recurring basis with limited availability of telework subject to Judge Drozd’s approval. |
