Outside Earned Income, Honoraria, and Employment

These regulations address limitations on the amount of outside earned income that certain officers and employees of the judiciary may receive, and the types of outside employment activities in which they may engage.  The regulations also address a general prohibition on the acceptance of honoraria for an appearance, speech, or article by certain officers or employees of the judiciary, and provide for certain exceptions.
