Judicial Business of the United States Courts
This portion of the Annual Report of the Director addresses the workload of all federal courts, the federal probation and pretrial services system, representations under the Criminal Justice Act, and complaints filed under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act. Covers 12-month period ending September 30.
Federal Court Management Statistics
Gives profiles for regional courts of appeals and district courts, plus national totals and rankings. Data are based on workload per three-judge panel in the appellate courts, workload per authorized judgeship in the district courts, and median times for court action on cases. Covers 12-month periods ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
Wiretap Reports
Reports information provided by federal and state officials on applications for orders for interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications. Data address offenses under investigation, types and locations of interception devices, and costs and duration of authorized intercepts. Covers 12-month period ending December 31.
Bankruptcy Filings Statistics
The bankruptcy filings statistics includes quarterly filings data tables. Covers each 12-month period ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act Report
This report offers statistics, by circuit and district, based on information submitted for debtors who were individuals with primarily consumer debts seeking relief under chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Covers 12-month period ending December 31.
Civil Justice Reform Act Report
Gives data for civil cases in the district courts, by judicial officer, on motions pending more than six months, bench trials submitted more than six months, civil cases pending more than three years, bankruptcy appeals pending more than six months, and Social Security appeal cases pending more than six months. Covers data as of March 31 and September 30.

Director's Report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Courts' Activities
This report contains statistics reported by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) on the number of applications or certifications submitted to the court and whether those submissions were granted, modified, or denied.
Delayed-Notice Search Warrant Report
As required by statute, reports information provided by federal and state judges on applications for warrants authorizing delayed notice and on requests for extensions to delayed-notice periods. Covers 12-month periods ending September 30.
Crime Victims’ Rights Report
Reports on criminal cases in which a right established in the Crime Victims’ Rights Act was asserted and relief was denied, describing the relief requested and the reason for the denial. Also discusses court rulings on petitions for writs of mandamus brought under this act. Covers decisions made during 12-month periods ending September 30.
Director's Annual Report
As required by statute, the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts shall submit to Congress and the Judicial Conference a report of the activities of the Administrative Office and the state of the business of the courts.
