Proposed rulemaking regarding intervention on appeal

04/24 - Advisory Committee discussed suggestion (Tab 6 of agenda book) and retained it on agenda for further study.

The attached amicus brief submitted by scholars of federal civil procedure in Arizona v. Mayorkas, S. Ct. No. 22-592, addresses the pending suggestion concerning the absence of a rule concerning intervention on appeal. We encourage the Appellate Rules Advisory Committee to consider the issues raised in the brief. See Suggestion 22-AP-G.

Referred to Intervention on Appeal Subcommittee.
