Abstract:
Given wide dissemination of evidence-based practices and programs in criminal justice settings, the authors present an imperative for organizational intelligence and a model for implementation leadership. The 10 Essential Principles of Implementation Leadership are academically supported but practically derived constructs for leading change with applied implementation science strategies.
