Abstract:
Through a comparison of the probation histories of 5,134 offenders, the authors find both the number of probation officers and the key findings of the statistical analysis of the nearly 4,000 DWI offenders in their sample. They conclude by describing future steps on this project and directions for policy and practice for the DWI risk assessment tool.
