Abstract:
The authors describe the development of a pilot risk assessment tool to classify DWI offenders on community supervision and the key findings of the statistical analysis of the nearly 4,000 DWI offenders in their sample. They conclude by describing future steps in this project and directions for policy and practice for the DWI risk assessment tool.
