Abstract:
The dilemma regarding registration of juvenile offenders involves valuing public safety and the protection of vulnerable populations over the traditional focus on juvenile rehabilitation, and possibly individual rights. The authors compare data on juvenile versus adult sex offenders to contribute to the discussion of this issue.
