Case Summary: 13-CV-02281

Plaintiff AngleFix Tech, LLC brought this action against Defendant Smith & Nephew, Inc. for patent infringement relating to Defendant’s “Peri-Loc VLP” surgical product. This reduces the risk that the plate will loosen over time.
