March 2023 – Advisory Committee recommended final approval of the restyled rules. Restyled Rule 2002(m) addresses the suggestion (Tab 8A2 of agenda book).
January 2020: Assigned to restyling subcommittee to be addressed in bankruptcy rules restyling project.
