National Variation in Fieldwork Goals, Training, and Activities

In this study the authors investigate how supervision fieldwork varies across state and local agencies that use it, reviewing data from 301 state and local community supervision departments. Results suggest that the how, when, and why of fieldwork varies widely across regions and agency operational orientations.
