Abstract:
Debate over the extent to which victims should be included in criminal justice processes continues to divide scholars, practitioners, offenders, victims, and other correctional advocates. The author describes Victim Wrap Around services incorporated by several state correctional systems to carry recognition of victims into the prisoner reentry process.
