This lawsuit presents a challenge to Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) Secretary Kristi Noem’s decision to deprive 600,000 Venezuelans protected by Temporary Protected Status (“TPS”) of the right to live and work legally in the United States for the 18-month period lawfully authorized by her predecessor. Plaintiffs in this case are the National TPS Alliance (“NTPSA”), a member-led organization representing TPS holders across the country, and individuals from Venezuela who have TPS.
