Plaintiffs American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO (“AFGE”), American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (“AFSCME”), AFGE Local 1216, and United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals, AFSCME, AFLCIO (“UNAC/UHCP”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), file this complaint seeking to enjoin the terminations of tens of thousands of federal employees in contravention of federal constitutional and statutory law, against Defendants the United States Office of Personnel Management (“OPM”) and Acting OPM Director Charles Ezell.
