Overview of the Position Java / Cloud Developers are integral members of the CHAP Applications Team, responsible for supporting and enhancing our nationally deployed CHAP suite of applications. CHAP serves up to 350 Bankruptcy Court Judges across the United States, streamlining courtroom operations by automating key processes such as scheduling, document management, case review, and note-taking. As part of this collaborative team, Java / Cloud Developers contribute to the design, development, and delivery of both web-based and mobile applications. They are expected to consistently deliver high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and in alignment with project requirements. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to improving user experience and application performance. In this role, the Java / Cloud Developer will also play a vital part in evolving our cloud infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance development workflows, drive efficiencies, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems.
