Position Description
- Provide general IT/help desk support
- Assist with and evaluate office processes and procedures and develop tech-related solutions
- Prepare and maintain documentation on local programs and solutions, create cheat-sheets, and provide end-user training
- Update and maintain online phone and photo directories and assist with the maintenance of the office’s intranet/SharePoint site
- Provide tech-related and application support as well as general administrative support for court events such as the Judicial Conference, investitures, etc.
- Assist with office and chambers moves of automation equipment to include reconnecting equipment in new locations
- Assist with general office administrative support to include phone coverage, mail processing, and shredding
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or one year of full‐time specialized experience
- Experience using and supporting Microsoft Office products, and other Office365 applications
- Ability to evaluate processes and procedures and develop innovative tech-related solutions that increase efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team setting or with minor supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with VOIP phones
- Familiarity with case management system
